Emanuel Tapia Nunez
Mission Pastor
Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Emanuel's journey with faith began at 25 when he accepted the Lord and started using his musical talents as a powerful tool to evangelize in the neighborhoods of Santo Domingo. He pursued formal theological education at the Bible institute 'Verbo Divino,' where he obtained a degree in theology. Emanuel’s commitment to spreading the gospel was evident as he participated in mission work throughout the country, engaging with diverse communities in prisons, public schools, and nursing homes.
In 2014, Emanuel married his wife, Eleanor, and together they deepened their mission work on the island, continuously striving to win souls for Christ. Their partnership in ministry was a dynamic force of faith and dedication. In 2016, Emanuel brought his fervent evangelistic zeal to the United States, continuing his mission to bring others to Christ with the same intensity he had back home.
Emanuel’s passion for the gospel is contagious, and his faith is truly inspiring. He uses every tool at his disposal to lead others to Christ, both locally and back in his home country. He actively provides opportunities for the local missions team to spread the love of Christ through nursing home visitations, one-on-one evangelism, and various outreach efforts. Emanuel also leads bi-annual mission trips back to the Dominican Republic, maintaining his strong connections and impact there.
In every aspect of his ministry, Emanuel makes it a point to involve his family, working alongside his wife and young children whenever possible. His strong love for his family is matched by his dedication to spending quality time with them, reflecting his deep values in both his personal and spiritual life.
