Gail Thomas is a woman marked by deep faith and a steadfast commitment to cultivating worship and mentorship within her community. Since arriving in Pinellas Park in 1978, she has played a pivotal role in the spiritual life of Elevated Church, where she passionately served as a Lead Pastor alongside her husband Mike until 2015.

Originally from Bartow, Florida, Gail graduated from Florida Southern College with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education. Gailā€™s journey in faith began to deepen notably after meeting her husband at Lee College in Cleveland, Tennessee, in 1972, leading to a lifelong partnership in ministry and life.

Today, Gail is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of worship leaders at Elevated Church. Her expertise and passion for music make her an invaluable resource to those looking to deepen their own worship practices. Gailā€™s commitment extends beyond music; she embodies her convictions by actively nurturing and guiding young leaders, ensuring they are spiritually and practically equipped for their roles in the church.

In addition to her mentorship, Gail finds joy in spending time with her granddaughters, Abby and Maddie, and remains actively involved in planning and participating in community and special events with the Senior Adults at Elevated Church.
